Timeshare Job Description Marketing:
The Marketing OPC’s (Outside Promotional Contacts) are not responsible for any sales. Their job is to provide the resort / sales deck with their clients. This is either done by using OPC’s (Outside personal Contacts) on the streets who approach the tourist population and invite them to take a tour of the resort in return for a number of gifts, . The Marketing Staff get paid on every qualified client that takes the tour and stays 60 to 90 minutes, irrelevant of whether they join the holiday club or not – but if they do you also get a bonus! This job is a very sociable job and requires active, bubbly, confident and attractive staff.
Marketing Staff would expect to earn 10,000 to 20,000 Bath per week based on the number of clients they provide although some experienced staff will earn more than double that.
Payments:
You get paid for every couple (Client) who attends the holiday presentation for about 60 minutes. We are looking for British, Australian, American, Canadian, French, German, Scandinavian and Finnish couples between the ages of 30 and 67 years.
You will be paid the following day.
Housing:
Everyone who arrives in Phuket will receive 1 month free accommodation provided by us or a Housing Allowance where you can find your own accommodation.
If provided by us, you will get a luxury studio for you alone with cable TV, aircon, hot and cold water, etc.
Afterwards we will help to find you your accommodation for the season, and normally everyone pays between 200 euro and 300 euro a month for a 1 bedroom apartment in Phuket.
Flight Reimbursement:
You will get 50% of your flight money back after 2 of your clients become members of our Holiday with a maximum of 400 Euros paid.
And another 50% after another 2 of your clients become members of our Holiday Club with a maximum of 400 Euros paid – in total 800 Euros for your flight ticket.
Normally when you invite 7 couples for a presentation, 1 will become a member of our Holiday Club, so most of our new staff will be reimbursed for the cost of their flight within a month of arriving.
Work permit and Visa:
Everyone will get a free work permit to work legally in Thailand, and we will help you to obtain a Non Immigrant B Visa to work in Thailand.
For Visa applications there are 2 options:
We will send you an Invitation letter to your home address in. With your Passport and this invitation letter you have to go to the Thai consulate or Thai Embassy, and they will give you a NON B Visa to work in Thailand. (Remember your passport has to stay for 24 hours in the Thai Embassy) cost around 60 euro for a 3 month Visa and 130 Euro for a 1 year Multiple Entry Visa.
After arriving in Thailand, you go for a visa run to Penang, Malaysia (cost around 150 euro + the cost of the Visa) and there you will get a non B Immigrant Visa.
We advise that you take option 1 as it is cheaper and you will also be able to work sooner.
Bank Account:
Everyone can get a Thai bank account with their work permit.
Thailand:
Remember, in Thailand there is a tropical climate, so drink lots of water daily, be careful with drinking alcohol in daytime, and take it easy in the beginning.
Bring clothes solely for this climate, because the temperature is between 27 and 32 degrees in the winter season.
This is the land of the smiles; you have plenty of free time to go to the beaches, go for excursions etc and last year all our good marketing personnel were earning more than 50,000 Baht a week.
Thailand is also very cheap to live. You can buy a Heineken for 50 -100 Baht, eat in a restaurant for about 50 – 150 Baht, rent a scooter for 3000 – 3500 Baht a month (bring your driving license with you) .Gasoline is about 35 Baht a liter.
Starting to work:
If you decide to want to work for Premier Holiday Club Phuket this winter and if accepted we need you to arrive anytime from the beginning of October 2010.
- Let us know 2 weeks in advance of your arrival date, due to your company housing, and your pick up from the airport, or when you have bought your flight ticket.
- Let us know which option you want for your non B visa.
Option 1; please allow minimum 3 weeks in advance due to the international post.
- Send us your passport copy by email.
- Send us your CV in English by email.
After arriving in Thailand, you will have a 2 week holiday, because in those 2 weeks Premier Holiday Club Phuket. will apply for your work permit, and arrange all necessarily papers so you can work legally in Thailand. This means, take some extra money with you for the first 2 weeks.

Opc Night booking spiffs
1000 THB spiff for any night booking Q before 12pm
2000 THB spiff for night booking man 40-57yrs before 12pm (2500 THB on a Sunday)
We will pay 50% of Spiff for bookings after 12pm
Night Bookings in the morning will count towards the Daytime Spiff
Opc Daytime spiffs
500 THB Per Q tour all day
1 Q up before 13.00 and 1Q up After 13.00 gives both ups each 1000 THB, so an additional 500 THB each Q, in total 2000 THB spiff.
2 Q up before 13.00 and 2Q up After 13.00 gives all ups each 1000 THB, so in total 4000 THB spiff.
We can count CT before 13.00 as Q for spiff afternoon (But no spiff will be paid for Ct), so 1Ct before 13.00 and 1Q after 13.00 is for Q up 1000 THB spiff. (To keep motivation for second wave)
